2. Written Tools Letters and Memos: Traditional written communication, often formal. Emails: Digital written communication that allows for quick, asynchronous exchanges. Text Messages: Short written messages sent via mobile devices.

Digital and Online Tools Instant Messaging (IM): Real-time text-based communication (e.g., WhatsApp, Slack).Video Conferencing: Real-time video and audio interaction (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).Social Media Platforms: Tools for sharing information and engaging with communities (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).

Synchronous tools require real-time interaction (e.g., phone calls, video chats), while asynchronous tools do not require participants to be online at the same time (e.g., emails, forum posts).Multimodal Communication: The use of multiple modes or methods to convey a message, such as combining text, images, and audio. Accessibility: Ensuring that communication tools are usable by people with disabilities, including features like screen readers and closed captioning. Interactivity: The extent to which users can interact with the tool and each other, which can enhance engagement and understanding. Understanding and effectively utilizing these communicative tools can greatly enhance the clarity, efficiency, and impact of communication in various contexts.



reflection :In todays lesson we were introduced with the topic communicative tool. i found the topic very relevant in teaching and learning field as the communicative tools are those digital tools used to facilitate interactions examples like Telegram, face book, e-mails and etc...  And in the classroom we can use these tools in facilitating online learnings like group discussions.

steps in creating google classroom. 


- Sign in google: go to GOOGLE CLASSROOM and sign in with google account. 

- Create a Classroom: On the Google classroom homepage, click the '+' icon located in the top right corner and select 'create class'. 
- Provide class details: Enter class name, section, subject and room. 
- Click 'Create': Once you've the details of your room, click 'create' button. 
- Write welcome note for the students and provide brief outline of the term. 
- Go to 'classroom' button and add what are the units they got to cover in that term and mention its topic with week along with dates. For example, Week 1- FORCE (Nov 15-Nov 20)
- Invite students: Invite students to classroom by sharing the class code or sending an email invitation. 
- Create assignments: Once students have joined, start creating assignments, quizzes and assignments by clicking the 'classwork' tab, then 'create' and add assignments, mention under which topic or week, marks and due date. 
- We also can add additional materials for the topic like videos and ppt for more resources. 

Google Classroom  offers a helping hand to both teachers and students. It's like a virtual assistant that takes care of the tasks that cannot be taken in real time, allowing educators to focus on what truly matters: nurturing connections and sparking curiosity in learners.
