what digital rights and responsibilities you as a teacher should carry out in the society, community and the world?
I personally feel that teachers play a crucial role in carrying out the digital rights and responsibilities in society, community and the world  as they are the one who can promote digital literacy by educating their students to whom we call the agent of  the change. they can teach responsible  use of technology, online safety and digital etiquette.
Teachers should respect students privacy by safe guarding students personal information and teaching them the importance of protecting their own privacy.
And teachers can teach the students the critical thinking skills like evaluating the online information, distinguishing between reliable and unreliable sources and to think about the content they encounter.
